  1. I listen to how you talk (which is why I strongly push calls in my process).
  2. I read and study your writing.
  3. I include a brief questionnaire that covers your expectations (because it’s VERY COMMON to talk one way and write another).

All new clients must complete a test project before scheduling ongoing work/maintenance of their LinkedIn profile.

If we decide to move forward after our 30-minute call, I’ll set up a test project for us to get to know our work styles and communication preferences.

During the test project, you’ll get a handful of posts from me, and we’ll analyze the results of posting over the course of 1-2 weeks (depending on our schedules, my availability, etc.). If you’re not interesting in pursuing ongoing work, no problem! I’ll send you a feedback form, along with a summary of our findings for you to use in the future.

If you’re happy with the results, we’ll adjust our contract and book ongoing work for the next 3-6 months, depending on your business goals and long-term outlook.

Working with me will require a lot of interaction and communication upfront, but once I know your goals, approaches, and preferences, your involvement will be much less time-consuming.

No matter how hands-on you’d like to be, I’m flexible. I’m an ADHD girlie who thrives on simplicity, so I’m dedicated to making my work for you easy, streamlined, and low-maintenance.

The answer to this question varies, depending on MANY factors (including your industry, the topics you plan on covering, posting frequency, your audience, what you consider “results” to be, etc.).

That being said, it takes on average about 2 months (at a posting frequency of 3-4 posts per week) to start seeing results on LinkedIn. And yes, it’s possible to see results sooner than that.

I’ve seen people get results much sooner, and I myself started seeing results within 14 days. But I fully believe my results came from TONS of research and planning prior to posting. It just depends.

I get it. You’re running a business. Which means poop happens, and it may be completely unrelated to my work. I’ll miss you, for sure! But I’ll make sure the process of parting ways is easy and stress-free (and cheap).

Cancellation terms will vary from project to project, but generally speaking, at least 5 days of advanced notice is required before cancelling a project in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Any cancellation request made less than 72 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee.

Depending on when the cancellation request is submitted, additional charges (such as late fees, percentages of the cost for the services that have been completed) may be expected in order to cancel. I’ll also send a feedback form in the hopes of improving my processes for the future.

The cancellation policy will be laid out in full detail in the contract.
